Ingredients (for one):
A handfull of Gnocchi
4 leafs Sage
2 tbsp Butter
75g Crayfish
Parmesan
Salt & Pepper
Heat a large pan.
Cut the sage.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Add the sage.
Leave the sage butter to cook on medium heat for a few minutes.
Add the gnocchi and let them fry for three to four minutes.
Add the crayfish and toss in the butter.
Add pepper and fresh parmesan.
