Whole grain pancake recipe


Ingredients (for 2 people):
1 cup whole grain flour
2 tsp sugar (I used granulated sweetener for a sugar-free version)
2tsp baking powder
1 cup milk (I used lactose-free milk)
1 large egg

dark chocolate
strawberries
1 tsp sugar/granulated sweetener
honey



(That went well)

Mix the milk and egg.

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the milk and egg mixture. 
Mix well, not leaving any clumps.

Add butter to the pan.
Add about 1/4 cup of pancake mixture, as it's easy to turn a pancake of that size.

(This is what happens when you add too much of the mixture)

Perfect pancake.

Add strawberries.

Grate the chocolate.

And finally add the granulated sweetener.
You can make it sweeter by adding honey.

Et voilà, my favourite version of a pancake: a lactose and (almost) sugar-free whole grain pancake.
