Pea and ham soup recipe


Ingredients:
200g Frozen peas
150g Turkey ham
750ml Chicken stock
1 Onion
2 Potatoes
1tbsp oil
Salt & pepper



Dice the onion, potatoes and ham. 
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Add the onion and ham and fry for a few minutes.


Add the stock and the potatoes and bring to boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 


Add the peas and let it simmer for a further few minutes.
Blend the soup.



Add salt and pepper.

Et voilà: Pea and ham soup
