Rocket / Arugula Pesto recipe

Ingredients:
100g Rocket / Arugula
1/2 bundle Fresh basil
50g Pine nuts
80g Parmesan
4 tbsp Olive oil
Salt & Pepper


Roast the pine nuts in a pan (without oil). 





Put all the ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl. 


Blend the ingredients.
Add the oil and mix well.

Et voilà: Delicious homemade pesto.
