Ingredients (for 2 people):
Filo Pastry Sheet
3 tbsp Tomato paste
Mozzarella
4 Chorizo slices
2 Parma ham slices
Rocket
Salt & Pepper
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan).
Cut the filo pastry into two 15cmx10cm rectangles.
Add 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste to each rectangle.
Slice the mozzarella.
Add the mozzarella to the pastry.
(For a chorizo filo pizza add the chorizo and then the mozzarella.)
Flip over the edges to form a crust.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Add parma ham and rocket.
