Moelleux Au Chocolat


Ingredients (for 2 people):
50g Dark chocolate (around 85%)
50g Butter
50g Sugar
1 Egg
15g Flour

Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan).



Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath.


Mix the egg and sugar until pale and a little thicker.


Mix the butter into the melted chocolate.



Add the flour into the egg mixture.


Mix together the egg mixture and the chocolate mixture.


Butter and sugar the ramekins. 


Fill with the chocolate mixture.


Bake for 7 minutes.



Et voilĂ : Moelleux au chocolat

Serve with ice cream and icing sugar.
